he "Asociación Eubulie ISG - Virtual European Chamber of Economy" is the free and legally recognised union of private persons, enterprises and organisations from Europe which have legally joined in the Association EUbulie, a European Association of Economic Interest. The association sees its purpose in engaging itself in order to help to improve and to deepen the economic relations between the Member States of the European Community as well as in encouraging economic contacts to third Countries outside the European Community. The main task of the Asociación Eubulie ISG is the achievement of several projects proposed by the Commission within the initiative eEurope, Globalisation and Internet, in order to foster information society.

The European Chamber of Economy responds to the necessity of a stronger international co-ordination in order to create a convenient framework for a global integrated market (online economy) which is a basic element of information society. Thus the worldwide Community can work together, in order to optimise the potential of the information society regarding stimulation of growth and of innovation, labour promotion and affirm social and economic cohesion
