The purposes will be followed by means of the following institutions and organs of the Association:

Seminars for the formation and the improvement of managers in the EU.

Celebration of Seminars for managers of politics and economy.
3.6
Services of information and regular publications and, among others, a Central Exchange of co-operation and information.
3.7
Investigation and analysis of the Economy and the Politics in the EU.
3.8
Document and publish scientific treatises.
3.9
Celebration of scientific Congresses and Colloquies.
3.10
Creation of an Aid-fund in order to foster the common economical interests.
3.11
Offering the transfer of technologies and co-operation, as well as investments in order to improve infrastructures and economical potentials, standardising of products.
3.12
Exploitation of synergetic effects and combined publicity of products.
3.13
Teleworking and improvement of the commercial relationships by promotion of social contacts.
3.14
Promotion means for the encouragement of tourism.
3.15
Development of financial groupings and creation of Joint ventures.
3.16
Assistance in the establishment of new companies within the Union by means of channelled information, attendance and practical aid.
3.17
Consulting for securing the payments in the payments' service between the member States of the Association by means of Euro-Leasing and Euro-Factoring.
3.18
Creation of a Bank of common dates of the European Community for the Protection of payments' service in favour of the Undertakers and of the Commerce and Industry.
3.19
Promotion of cultural and sport acts for the development of the European Union.
3.20
Introduction of Arbitration Committees.
